Your HeatWaveClub Membership offers you more than just a beautiful tan year round. In addition to tanning whenever you want at the lowest monthly rate, you are also eligible for exclusive discounts and offers throughout the year.
Discounts on tanning bed upgrades come with your Membership as well. We at Island Heat want you to feel confident that you are receiving the very best results no matter which plan you choose. What could get better than that?
At Island Heat, we want tanning to be convenient, luxurious and affordable. With our Easy Automatic Monthly Payment System, you gain access to our member benefits, lowest rates, as well as getting your tan on whenever you desire!
The day you join, make sure to bring in a valid credit or debit card as well as your drivers license. We are a locally owned and operated business that is available for any questions or concerns regarding your membership during any of our normal business hours. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call and speak with one of our tanning consultants.
Once your membership is setup, our system works just like a gym membership using auto-draw at the same time every month. And that’s the start of your unlimited tanning possibilities!
We do allow memberships to be frozen for up to three consecutive months. Simply stop by Island
Heat and speak with a consultant and we will apply the freeze for you that day. This is offered for your
convenience if you know you will be away for a while. Your account will be billed $5/mo. Frozen. The
benefit of freezing your membership is that once you re-activate your account, the FULL amount of
frozen payments will be added back to your account to use in the salon! So that means if you froze your
account for 3 months, you will receive $15 Credit on your account the day you re-activate!
As a friendly reminder, your membership does not have an expiration date. This means, when you
sign up, once you fulfill the amount of months you signed up for, your membership will continue going
until you cancel. We do not provide refunds for any unused months. Many of our members keep their
membership year-round providing them with the ease of tanning in any season.
If the option of freezing does not work out for you, we make it easy to cancel. Once you have fulfilled your membership payments, you are free to cancel at any time. Simply come into the salon and our consultants will help you fill out your cancellation form. Be sure to cancel your membership by the 25th of the month to ensure you won’t be charged for the following month. We do hope you enjoyed your time as a member and will consider us again for your tanning and sunless tanning needs in the future!
